Mark Felix, born on April 17, 1966, in St. George’s, Grenada, is a Grenadian'''-'''English strongman competitor standing 6’4” and weighing 309 lbs. He moved to Great Harwood, Lancashire, England at age 23. Originally a bodybuilder, he began competing in strongman events in 2003 at age 37, a relatively late start in the sport.

Felix quickly rose through the ranks, turning professional in 2004 and achieving notable success. He won the IFSA British Championships in 2005, excelling in the Deadlift, Farmer’s Walk, and Atlas Stones.
